Business Hours
Support inquiries are handled from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT), excluding Canadian federal and Ontario statutory holidays. Live sessions for enrolled courses are conducted on weekends as per the schedule posted on https://training.profuturetaxacademy.ca. All live session times are announced in Eastern Time.
Delivery of Digital Products
All ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc. products are digital. There is no physical product and no physical shipment for any course, bootcamp, membership, workbook, template, or recording.
The following describes how our digital products are delivered:
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment, your login credentials and course access are typically provisioned within 15 minutes and sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Delivery Method: Access is delivered through our learning management system at https://training.profuturetaxacademy.ca. You can log in from any modern browser on any device with a stable internet connection.
- Downloadable Materials: Workbooks, templates, and checklists are delivered as downloadable files inside the course.
- Live Sessions: Live session links are posted inside the course dashboard and/or emailed to enrolled students ahead of each scheduled session.
If You Do Not Receive Access
If you do not receive your login credentials within 30 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout (check your purchase receipt)
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the email address used at purchase, and a screenshot of your receipt
We will verify and restore your access typically within one (1) business day. Delayed access due to email deliverability issues or incorrect email entry is not grounds for a refund — we will work with you to ensure you receive what you purchased.
No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital, we do NOT:
- Ship physical workbooks, binders, DVDs, or USB drives
- Charge shipping, handling, customs, or duty fees
- Require a mailing address at checkout (except where needed for HST invoicing)

International Students
Our courses are developed for Canadian tax and accounting practice. If you access our courses from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for applying Canadian content to your jurisdiction only where your local regulatory framework permits. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
