Response Times
- Course access or technical issues: within 1 business day
- General questions: within 72 hours (Monday–Friday)

We do not provide real-time support via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls. Please use email so we can properly document and resolve your request.
Business Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT). Closed on Canadian federal and Ontario statutory holidays. Live sessions are held on weekends for enrolled students, as per the schedule posted inside each course.
HST Invoice Requests
If you require a business invoice with your HST number, please email your business legal name, business address, and HST (GST/HST) number to [email protected] with the subject line “HST Invoice Request” and your order number. Our team will issue you a compliant HST invoice within 5 business days.
Privacy and Data Requests
To exercise your privacy rights under PIPEDA — including access, correction, consent withdrawal, or a complaint — please email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please see our full Privacy Policy at https://training.profuturetaxacademy.ca/privacy for details.
Media, Partnerships, and Speaking Requests
For media interviews, podcast invitations, partnership inquiries, affiliate opportunities, or speaking engagements, please email [email protected] with “Media / Partnership” in the subject line and a brief description of your request.
Not What We Do By Email
To protect every student, please note that we do NOT:
- Provide specific tax, accounting, or legal advice via email — Academy staff cannot give client-specific advice outside a formal engagement with our licensed CPA firm.
- Send bank details or payment links via WhatsApp or SMS — please pay only through links on our official checkout pages.
- Process refunds by email for products that have already been accessed — please see our Refund Policy.
- Discuss other members’ accounts or share their information.
