REFUND POLICY

ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc.

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once access to any recorded course, live session batch, membership, community, or digital product has been granted, NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS will be provided under any circumstance.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and governs all purchases made through https://profuturetaxacademy.ca, https://training.profuturetaxacademy.ca, or any affiliated checkout, landing page, or sales channel operated by ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc.

1. Digital Product — Nature of the Service

All products and services offered by ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc. — including, without limitation, our Personal Tax Bootcamp, Corporation Tax Bootcamp, Incorporation Bootcamp, Payroll Bootcamp, Accounting Bootcamp, Accounts Payable Bootcamp, Accounts Receivable Bootcamp, memberships, workbooks, templates, and live sessions — are digital educational products delivered electronically.

Because access is delivered instantly and the content becomes available to you immediately upon purchase, these products are considered consumed at the time access is granted. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

2. When Access is Deemed Granted

Access is deemed granted at the earliest of:

  • The moment your login credentials are emailed to you
  • The moment you receive access to any recorded course, live session, community, or downloadable material
  • The moment your account is provisioned in our learning management system
  • The moment any receipt of purchase is issued to you

3. No Refund Circumstances (Illustrative, Non-Exhaustive)

You are NOT entitled to a refund in any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • You did not watch the recordings or attend the live sessions
  • You did not complete the course or implement the content
  • Technology failures on your device, browser, or network
  • You are dissatisfied with the instructor’s style, pace, accent, or delivery
  • The course did not meet expectations created by your own interpretation of marketing
  • Business, personal, medical, or financial circumstances changed after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong course, tier, or membership level
  • You are unable to apply the content because of regulatory, licensing, or jurisdictional issues specific to you
  • You did not receive the business, income, client, or examination result you hoped for
  • CRA, provincial, or legislative changes occurred after your purchase and before you completed the course

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase to which this Refund Policy applies constitutes a breach of your agreement with ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc. We will:

  • Defend the chargeback using these Terms, your clickwrap acceptance, our access logs, and course engagement records
  • Immediately revoke your access to all courses, memberships, and community resources
  • Refer the matter to a collections agency if the chargeback is successful
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate credit card network

If you have a genuine concern, please contact us BEFORE disputing a charge. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate technical or access issue.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

We will promptly refund any verified duplicate charge, billing error, or accidental multiple purchase that was processed by our payment system. To request correction of a billing error, email [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the charge with:

  • Your full name and email used at purchase
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A description of the error

Approved billing-error refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If you purchase a subscription or monthly membership, you may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected] at least seven (7) days before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle; no prorated refund is available for partial months.

Each monthly renewal charge is non-refundable once it has processed.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc., we may grant a goodwill credit (not a cash refund) that can be applied toward a different course or service. Goodwill credits:

  • Are at our sole discretion and not a right
  • Must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, or bundled offers

8. Applicable Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any right you may have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other non-waivable consumer-protection laws applicable to you; however, consistent with those laws, our products are digital goods delivered and consumed at purchase, and the “cooling-off” and “return” provisions that apply to physical goods or door-to-door sales do not apply to our Service.

By purchasing any course, membership, or digital product from ProFuture Accounting Academy Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
